Once the home is finished, fitting a filter means working around what's already there: a completed garden, a sealed driveway, plumbing that's been closed up. We do those retrofits week in, week out and they go fine. But doing it as part of the build is simply tidier, quicker, and usually easier on the labour bill.

New estates & sediment
Plenty of Henley homes go up in Melbourne's growth estates, where surrounding lots, roads and water mains are often still being built. In a newly developed area, water can carry more sediment than it does in an established suburb, because fresh pipework is constantly being laid and connected nearby. Will it affect my Henley warranty?
A whole-home filter connects to your incoming water line and is fitted by a licensed plumber, so it doesn’t touch your builder’s structural work. We always recommend confirming with your builder, and we’re happy to speak with them directly to answer anything.
Do I need to arrange this with Henley, or can you?
