What a brand-new estate means for your water
A lot of Simonds homes go up in Melbourne's newer estates, where roads, water mains and neighbouring lots are often still being built. In a freshly developed area, water can carry more sediment than it does in an established suburb, simply because new pipework is being laid and connected nearby. Brand-new internal plumbing can also shed a little material the first few times it's used.

Will it affect my Simonds warranty?
A whole-home filter connects to your incoming water line and is fitted by a licensed plumber, so it doesn’t touch your builder’s structural work. We always recommend confirming with your builder, and we’re happy to speak with them directly to clear up any questions.
Do I need to arrange this with Simonds, or can you?
